The multi-use commercial property, which was acquired in June 2018, is located in a prime location in Krefeld's city center and has a total of around 23,400 sqm of office, retail and parking space. The main tenants are the textile retailer C&A, the City of Krefeld and the parking garage operator APCOA Parking GmbH.

The building has already undergone extensive modernization measures in 2019, primarily of the parking garage. In addition to the fundamental renovation of the surfaces and parking spaces, emphasis was placed on improving usability, by widening the lanes and parking spaces. Today, the parking garage has 420 easily accessible parking spaces on nine parking levels. Additionally, a modern parking guidance system indicates free spaces. Furthermore, the parking fees are flexible, and a new electronic access control system increases the overall security. Visitors are thus offered a modern and very user-friendly parking garage from which all points of interest in Krefeld's city center can be reached within walking distance.

In 2020, 3,400 square meters of refurbished office space were handed over to the City of Krefeld, which had signed a lease for an initial period of ten years to accommodate administrative departments. This enables the city to centralize its activities.

The lease to the city of Krefeld marked the successful completion of the revitalization project of City Colonnaden Krefeld and the property was fully leased.
